At CAPSULE ("we", "our", or "us"), we respect your personal privacy. This Privacy Policy details how we collect, store, and safeguard your personal information when you browse our masterclasses, purchase courses, clone Git repositories, and access our learning dashboard.
01 INFORMATION WE COLLECT
When you enroll in our masterclass, register an account, or contact our admissions desk, we collect the following categories of information:
- Personal Identity: Your full name, email address, and phone/WhatsApp number.
- Developer Profile: Your GitHub username (used solely to grant private repository access).
- Transaction Records: UPI transaction reference (UTR number), payment timestamps, order amounts, and billing currency.
- Learning Progress: Video module completion checkpoints, quiz results, and certification issue records.
02 HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION
We use the collected information strictly for legitimate educational and technical delivery purposes:
Unlocking high-definition 4K video streams and downloadable architecture PDF notes.
Automatically adding your GitHub handle as an authorized collaborator on private repositories.
Enabling direct 1-on-1 code reviews and syllabus counseling via WhatsApp and Discord.
Generating tamper-proof, verifiable digital completion certificates with unique cryptographic IDs.
03 UPI & FINANCIAL PAYMENT SECURITY
We do NOT store, process, or have access to your bank passwords, UPI MPINs, debit/credit card numbers, or CVVs.
All UPI transactions take place directly on your authorized UPI banking applications (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM, Axis Bank, ICICI Bank). We only receive the public 12-digit UTR acknowledgment to confirm your tuition clearance.
04 GITHUB REPOSITORY ACCESS
To provide you with production repository access, our automated pipeline dispatches an invitation using GitHub's official REST API. We never request or require your GitHub personal access tokens or passwords.
07 YOUR DATA RIGHTS & DELETION
Under the Indian Digital Personal Data Protection Act and global GDPR standards, you hold full authority over your data. You may at any time:
- Request an export copy of all personal learning metrics and invoice history.
- Request the permanent erasure of your user profile and unenrollment from email updates.
- Update or rectify inaccurate email or contact details.
