Welcome to CAPSULE. By accessing our video streaming platform, downloading PDF architecture notes, purchasing private Git source repositories, or utilizing 1-Click Cloud Hosting, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions.

01 ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS & ELIGIBILITY

By enrolling in any CAPSULE Masterclass course or purchasing repository source code, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age (or have verified parental/guardian consent) and possess legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.

Single-user licenses are strictly non-transferable. Sharing student credentials, Discord invite passes, or raw video stream endpoints with unauthorized third parties is prohibited.

02 COURSE MATERIALS & INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All masterclass 4K video lectures, architecture diagrams, PDF notes, exercises, and instructional curricula are the proprietary intellectual property of CAPSULE Academy.

PERMITTED VS PROHIBITED USAGE:
✓ Permitted: Personal stream viewing, offline study on personal devices, and implementing demonstrated design patterns in your own custom software.
✕ Prohibited: Re-uploading video lectures to YouTube/Udemy/Telegram/Torrent trackers, public distribution of PDF notes, or resale of course curriculum.

03 REPOSITORY COMMERCIAL USE LICENSE

When you purchase a repository license (e.g. Football E-Commerce Core, EduPulse LMS, Nexus Analytics SaaS), you receive a perpetual, non-exclusive commercial license to:

  • Deploy unlimited client websites, SaaS applications, and commercial products built upon the codebase.
  • Modify, refactor, and customize the TypeScript frontend and backend services without royalty obligations.
  • Retain 100% of revenue generated from client deployments and SaaS subscriptions.

⚠️ Restriction: You may not repackage and resell the repository as a competing template pack, boilerplate marketplace asset, or raw starter bundle.

04 TUITION FEES & UPI SETTLEMENT

Tuition fees and repository pricing are billed in USD or converted to Indian Rupees (INR) at real-time market exchange rates (1 USD ≈ ₹83.25 INR).

06 STUDENT COMMUNITY CODE OF CONDUCT

All students in the CAPSULE Discord, live code review streams, and GitHub discussions must maintain professional courtesy. Hate speech, harassment, spam, and unsolicited commercial advertising will result in immediate community revocation without refund.

07 SERVICE AVAILABILITY & UPTIME SLA

We maintain a 99.9% uptime target for our global video streaming edge nodes and student dashboard. Routine maintenance windows are announced at least 48 hours in advance via our announcement ticker.
